Calling all hardcore cardio enthusiasts! This class combines your standard barre method moves that are amped up with cardio blasts throughout this high energy workout. Come sweat and get that heart rate up to tone your body and burn some calories.

This 50 minute barre and weights combination class incorporates several barre format sequences followed by a sculpt and tone segment to target arms and core. Push past your comfort zone while still keeping your movements low impact!

Barre Bell

Breakthrough workout designed to get you through your plateau with weighted ketel bells and high intensity intervals. This mix of barre and heavier set weights is structured to give you a full body tone and sculpt result.

This interval based class combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts to tone your body, improve endurance and amplify your calorie burn!

Yoga Sculpt

A combination of Yoga and free weights, while adding in strength training moves like squats, bicep curls, and cardio exercises. This class boosts metabolism abd builds lean muscle mass while moving to upbeat music!
